Why PPF

FAQ
Good questions, straight answers.
How long does a mobile install take?
A partial front is usually 3–4 hours, and a full front 6–8 hours. Full-body installs take 2–3 days. The booking tool estimates your install time as you pick panels.
What do you need from me?
Access to the car, a standard 110V outlet within reach, and ideally a garage or covered space. We bring everything else: film, lighting, prep chemicals and tools.
Can you install outside in my driveway?
Yes, in fair weather. Film needs calm, dry conditions to lay down cleanly. If rain or high wind is in the forecast, we'll reschedule at no charge.
Do I need to be home the whole time?
No. We just need you at drop-off and pickup (or the keys). Many customers book us at the office and keep working.
When can I drive and wash the car?
You can drive right away. Wait about 7 days before washing so the adhesive fully cures. Small moisture bubbles are normal and clear up on their own within a couple of weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Not when you book. Our technician reviews every request and confirms the time (or suggests a better one) by email. Once it's confirmed, you'll get a link to pay a $100 deposit within 48 hours to lock in your spot, and it goes toward your final bill. If the deposit isn't received in time, the slot is released for other customers.
Is the online estimate my final price?
It's a close estimate based on body style and panels. We confirm the exact price for your year, make and model before your appointment, so there are no surprises.
Will the film yellow or peel?
Modern urethane films are UV-stable and non-yellowing, and they're backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Edges are wrapped wherever the panel allows.
